When your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email. Once your package is shipped, we will send you an email with final confirmation and tracking number.

DELIVERY TO NON-EU COUNTRIES

Orders to countries outside the EU are shipped according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges, they must be rendered for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Your order will be delivered by HK post.

After sales service

According to our general Terms of sale (see the TOS), our products are guaranteed two years. According to the habit in the watch industry, batteries, wristbands and crystals are not included in the warranty.

In case of problem with your watch, please check beforehand:

1) that you have removed the small protective plastic at the crown which prevents the movement from

working.

2) that the crown is pushed firmly against the case.

3) that the battery is not out of order (to be checked by a competent watchmaker).

If these three operations do not solve the problem, or for any other defect, please return the watch as

follows:

Before sending for exchange or return, you must imperatively contact by email our support at support@madwatch.com, stating precisely the reasons for the return (default). A return authorization will be given to you and a label, which will be pasted on the return package, will be communicated to you. It will include the address of the nearest return center of your home as well as any necessary

information for customs purposes. In addition, you will be advised the terms of sending and if documents are to be attached.

For information, returns made by national Posts are generally the less expensive way to return your

products.

Notes:

– You are responsible for shipping items returned to Madwatch. Items lost during transport will not be

compensated or exchanged, so we recommend returning your package with a tracking number.

– The shipping costs for the return of the goods are the responsibility of the customer. However,

Madwatch will not charge a delivery fee for warranty exchanges.

– If the return is accepted and corresponds to your prior declarations, the refund or exchange of the

goods will be made within two weeks after receipt of the product by our services. The refund excludes

any additional taxes and / or fees that were billed to you by third parties upon receipt of your item. For

EU countries and Switzerland, VAT will be included in the refund. Defective items will be exchanged for

an identical product, subject to availability.

Return and exchange

During the 14 days following the delivery of your order, you can ask the exchange or the refund of the articles which you must return to us in perfect state in their packing of origin. Madwatch cannot accept

  1. General considerations

Unless otherwise specified below, terms beginning with capital letters used in these Terms of Purchase refer to the definition assigned to them in the Terms of Use.

By making an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase, as well as the Terms of Use and Madwatch Privacy Policy.

The Terms and Conditions of these Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy apply to all orders you place for the purchase of products. Before ordering, be sure to read and understand them. You can only place an order if you are able to enter into contracts of a binding nature before the law, for example if you are 18 years of age or older and you are not involved in the assignment of a guardian.

The addition of products or services to the website at any time shall not mean or guarantee that such products or services will be available at any time. Madwatch reserves the right to stop the sale of a product at any time.

Madwatch reserves the right to modify these Terms of Purchase from time to time without prior notification. The Terms of Purchase that will apply to your order will be those indicated on the Site at the time you place your order.

  1. Orders, deliveries, prices and delivery costs

The complete list of estimated international delivery times is available on the Delivery Modes page. You order through the system provided on the website on the control page.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from Madwatch.

Please note that to ensure the correct delivery of your order, you must provide a correct delivery address and contact information (no mailbox, as the carrier may need your signature upon delivery). The delivery address must be the one you are present at during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Madwatch cannot be held responsible for the costs that would be charged to you because you provided an incorrect address or contact information to Madwatch, or an address to which you are not present during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.

Once it has been shipped, an order cannot be redirected to another address.

Orders are shipped from Switzerland to Europe and the rest of Europe and from Hong Kong to the rest of the world.

Madwatch makes every effort to accept and process orders quickly and strives to ship your order according to the method of delivery you have chosen worldwide. Unfortunately, it is possible that Madwatch may not be able to ship its items to certain

countries and/or regions, in which case you will be informed at the time of order or shortly thereafter.

Madwatch strives to ship orders as quickly as possible and aims to deliver you within 2 to 15 business days depending on the country of delivery after confirmation of order. Even if Madwatch strives to deliver to you within the specified deadlines, delivery can take longer due to unforeseen events. In the unlikely event that the delivery time would exceed 30 days, you have the option to cancel your order.

Once your order is ready to be shipped from our warehouse in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, or from the warehouse in Hong Kong, you receive the information related to the delivery by e-mail. For international shipments, this e-mail also includes the name of the carrier, as well as a tracking number. If you do not receive your order on the scheduled date, please contact the customer service of the carrier with the tracking number listed in your order confirmation. If you have not received a tracking number, please contact Madwatch Customer Service by e-mail at sales@madwatch.com.

Prices posted on the website include VAT (Value Added Tax) mandatory for sales within the European Union (“EU”). For orders delivered outside the EU, Madwatch does not collect VAT, GST, customs charges and/or taxes, etc. on products. Therefore, Madwatch cannot indicate the TTC price (which includes these Fees). As a customer, you are

required to pay all the Product Charges as you are the importer of those products. Before placing an order, we recommend that you contact local customs to find out more about these Fees. If you refuse to pay the said Fees, the products will not be given to you.
